Muvattupuzha: House collapse victim succumbs

Kochi: The heavy wind and rain that lashed Muvattupuzha on Sunday evening claimed the first casualty on Monday when a woman who was injured in the house collapse succumbed to injuries at a hospital in the day.  The deceased has been identified as Thankamma (58) of Pulikkudiyil house in Kunnakkal, Valakam, Muvattupuzha.  She died as an uprooted tree collapsed on her house.
