Mr Rajeev Sadanandan said that the four Christian medical colleges will be covered under the Rs 5 lakh scholarship scheme as their NRI fee had gone up to Rs 20 lakh.

Hyderabad: PG Medical aspirants are alleging that private medical colleges are violating high court orders regarding admissions to PG medical courses. While the court gave the order on Thursday to collect personal bond along with the 50 percent of the hiked fee from the students, the private colleges were demanding bank guarantees from the students.

Meanwhile aggrieved student say they will complain to the VC and registrar of Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences. Students are also planning to go in appeal to the court if private medical colleges still insist on a bank guarantee and file a contempt of court plea seeking fresh orders.
