“No previous government has taken up such a step before. Out of the 3.5 crore population of the state, 35 lakh belong to the scheduled tribes. Recently, the Chief Minister met all ST representatives of the state and asked us to prepare detailed project reports for development works that need to be taken up for the upliftment of the tribals. The CM wants three phase electricity and road connectivity to each and every interior tribal Thandas and Gond Gudems,” he said.
