Telangana: Entrance tests fee increased
The entrance exam is slated for May 12 while results to be declared on May 22.
Hyderabad: JNTU-Hyderabad, which is conducting Eamcet-2017, will be writing to the medical and health department on filling of seats in ayurvedic, homoeopathy and Unani courses.
Eamcet convener Dr N. Yadaiah said the university wanted on clarity whether seats in traditional and alternative systems of medicine could be filled through Eamcet like — as was done last year — or through Neet.
The schedule for TS Eamcet-2017 was released on Monday. The entrance exam is slated for May 12 while results to be declared on May 22.
The engineering entrance will be held from 10 am to 1 pm, and the test for agriculture, veterinary, pharmacy seats from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm. Online registrations will be on from March 3 and till April 3. Corrections of applications will be allowed from April 7 to 20.
TSECET will be held on May 6 and results will be out on May 15. The fee for general candidates was revised to Rs 800 and for SC/ST candidates to '400. LAWCET and PGLCET will be held on May 27.
