Telangana: Re-test for 24 school students

The re-exam will be held on May 2 and students will be given the Telugu paper prepared from the TS syllabus.

Primary and secondary education minister Tanveer Sait while defending the bill, said such an action was required in the wake of students suffering due to leakage of question papers during the second year PU exam.

Hyderabad: Class 10 students from Vignana Jyothy School, Yousufguda, will be allowed to write the Telugu exam again by the CBSE after a goof-up by the school administration. The re-exam will be held on May 2 and students will be given the Telugu paper prepared from the TS syllabus unlike the earlier exam held on March 15. CBSE exams are concluding on April 29.

Twenty-four students from the were given a question paper prepared for AP students. Few students could get it write, and parents staged a protest on April 5.  The goof-up was the  result of mistake by the school staff, which gave the wrong subject code.
