Cauvery: Still scope for brotherly talks, says HD Kumaraswamy

He told media persons at Tiruchy airport, that he hoped that the Cauvery problem will be solved amicably.

Tiruchy: In a brotherly gesture, the leader of the Janata Dal (Secular) and Karnataka's Chief Minister designate H. D. Kumaraswamy has said, "let us see how the Cauvery water dispute can be solved and as far as I am concerned, bilateral talks between the two states is good for both sides in solving the prolonged issue."

Mr. Kumaraswamy who arrived here on Sunday by a special aircraft to offer worship at the ancient temple of Sri Ranganatha Swami in Srirangam told media persons at Tiruchy airport, that he hoped that the Cauvery problem will be solved amicably.
