Hyderabad: E-auction of 95 plots planned
The HMDA will begin e-auction of Uppal-Bhagat plots on September 8 at 9 am n Citizen
Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority has issued e-auction notification to sell 95 plots, out of which 67 plots belong to Uppal-Bhagat and 28 are leftover plots from the earlier auction.
The HMDA will begin e-auction of Uppal-Bhagat plots on September 8 at 9 am and the leftover plots on September 9.
Citizens can participate in the registration process from Tuesday by logging on to www.hmda.gov.in and by paying Rs 500 as registration fee. The registration process will end on September 6. The HMDA will e-auction plots spread over 1.44 lakh square yards.
The HMDA will e-auction the Uppal Bhagat plots in three phases. As of now it will e-auction as many as 67 plots (1.31 lakh square yards) in survey numbers 390,391/P, 392, 393, 394/P, 402, 403/P to 407/P, 408, 409/P to 411/P, 412 to 414,416,417,420,421 to 423, 424/P and 425 to 429.
The HMDA will also e-auction six plots in Mailardevpally, two plots in Neknampur residential complex, two in Attapur residential complex, two in Anantaram, two in Bachupally, seven in Dhulapally and others in Tellapur residential complex, Vanastali-puram residential complex, Nallagandla residential complex and Chandanagar residential complex.
The HMDA has fixed an upset price of '28,000 and bidders participating in the auction should quote Rs. 100 more than the upset price.
