THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Weathermen do not foresee any major showers in the next few days in the state.

They say that until Friday, there will not be any major change in the weather pattern, except for occasional showers across Kerala.

“Since a major portion of the moisture in the atmosphere has already been exhausted, major rains are unlikely over the next few days. We can predict weather only for the next two to three days. Accuracy gets affected in long-term prediction in a tropical region,” said Dr M.G. Manoj, research scientist with the Advanced Centre for Atmospheric Radar Research (ACARR) of Cochin University of Science and Technology (Cusat) here.
