Telangana High Court Allows SCCL to Recruit 177 Junior Assistants Amid Pending Cases

Hyderabad: A division bench of the Telangana High Court allowed SCCL to recruit 177 junior assistants  but said the appointments would be subject to the outcome of the pending cases.

Earlier, a single judge had set aside  the written examination and had directed the SCCL to conduct it again after certain discrepancies came to light. The SCCL had challenged this order.

The single judge order followed the discovery of discrepancies such as no seal for the question papers, candidates not being checked with metal detectors and allowed to take electronic equipment with them at One Study Circle at Mancherial.
