Electric short circuit burns car and GHMC garbage truck

Hyderabad:  In two fire incidents on Tuesday, a car and a GHMC garbage truck caught fire in the city. The GHMC vehicle caught fire in Chatrinaka area due to electrical short-circuit. A car was in flames at Miyapur X Road as the engine got overheated. The short-circuit in the engine led to the fire, as informed by fire officers of the respective stations. No causality was reported in these incidents and the fires were doused immediately.
