Telangana government inks MoU with Taoyuan City
In the start-ups segment, any technology product which is of relevance to the TS will be tried and tested as a proof of Concept.
Hyderabad: The Telangana government and the Taoyuan City government have exchanged a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Technology Partnership. The MoU was signed at the closure of the World Congress of IT on Wednesday at HICC. As part of this MoU, the two cities will exchange co-operation in investments, startups and IOT based solutions.
Any company of Taoyuan City, which is interested in exploring markets and setting up operations in Telangana, will be provided necessary regulatory support and policy benefits. Furthermore, domestic companies will be encouraged to evaluate economic opportunities in Taoyuan.
IT secretary Jayesh Ranjan said, “Taoyuan has been working strongly on latest technologies Internet of things and robotics and we can learn and adopt them”.

Through the T-Bridge program of T-Hub, exchange of startups between the locations of both the parties will be facilitated.
