Hyderabad: A day after Nirudyoga JAC announced a protest against the TSPSC leak on March 24 and 25 at the Osmania University campus, restrictions have been placed on the entry of PCC chief A. Revanth Reddy’s entry into the campus.

Prof M. Kodandaram has not only backed the protest but also condemned the restrictions on Revanth’s entry. He said, “I condemn the attempts to disrupt the programme and placing of restrictions (on Revanth’s entry). University students have the choice to invite outsiders. If the University or police prevent (visit of Revanth), it will be considered undemocratic,” he said to media persons.

Gali Vinod Kumar also expressed solidarity with the protest. “Since the Opposition’s role in a democracy is crucial in questioning the government, we welcome Revanth Reddy,” he said.
