Needs to be put in mental hospital, says Sudhish Rambhotla
AP-BJP official spokesperson Sudhish Rambhotla said that the language used against Mr Modi showed that Balayya has lost his mental balance.
Hyderabad: Film star and TDP MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna came under threats from BJP on Saturday for using objectionable language while targetting Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
BJP floor leader in Legislative Assembly, G. Kishan Reddy demanded stringent against Balakrishna for describing Mr Modi as a ‘gaddar’ (traitor) and ‘namak haram’ (cheat) for going back on the promise of granting special category status to AP.
Mr Reddy said Balayya also used some more unparliamentary words, which hurt the sentiments of not only the BJP but the entire nation. Mr Reddy sought to know from the TDP chief and AP CM N. Chandrababu Naidu to clarify whether the words uttered by Balayya were his own or whether Mr Naidu asked him to utter such words.
“We demand Balakrishna tender uncondition apology to Telugu people for his remarks against Modi as it’s the prestige of the Telugu states that got tarnished,” he added.
AP-BJP official spokesperson Sudhish Rambhotla said that the language used against Mr Modi showed that Balayya has lost his mental balance and needs to be admitted to a mental hospital at the earliest. He demanded that Balayya should be expelled from the Assembly immediately else BJP would initiate legal proceedings against him.
