Telangana government to appeal on GO 1247

Jagadish Reddy said in the past there were many instances about suspension of government decisions.

Hyderabad: The Telangana government will appeal on the High Court’s decision on suspending the GO 1247 seeking to fill teaching and non-teaching posts with only women in the residential schools run by social, BC, SC, ST and Mi-nority welfare departments.

Speaking to the media on Friday, Minister Jagadish Reddy said that after the High Court judgement, if necessary, the state government will go for appeal in the constitutional bench. He said in the past there were many instances about suspension of government decisions.
