Temperature to dip further, nippy days ahead in Telangana
Forecasts suggest that the temperatures in Rangareddy district would record between 10-15 degree Celsius until Thursday
HYDERABAD: Mercury levels are likely to drop in the next few days in the state, according to the Met officials. Temperature is expected to drop below 15 degree Celsius in the city in the next five days, while in north Telangana districts of Adilabad, Nirmal, Komaram Bheem and Mancherial, the mercury levels are likely to show minimum temperatures between 5-10 degree Celsius later this week.
On Monday and Tuesday, parts of Ramachandrapuram, Serilingampally, Bandlaguda, Chandanagar and Rajendranagar are likely to witness temperatures between 12-14 degrees Celsius while the rest of the city is likely to record temperatures between 14-16 degree Celsius, according to the Telangana State Development and Planning Society.
Forecasts suggest that the temperatures in Rangareddy district would record between 10-15 degree Celsius until Thursday, while the neighbouring districts – Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Sangareddy, Medchal-Malkajgiri and Vikarabad – are likely to catch up to similar levels in the next one or two days. Jagtial and Rajanna Sircilla districts are also expected to witness low minimum temperatures in the range of 10-15 degrees in the next four days.
Overall, the next few days are likely to record low temperatures in north Telangana districts of Adilabad Nirmal, Nizamabad, Kamareddy, Komaram Bheem, Mancherial and Jayashankar Bhupalapally.
