Bengaluru: A fire broke out at the wax museum and the Bigg Boss house at Innovative Film City in Bidadi early Thursday. Nine fire tenders were rushed to douse the blaze and it took about six hours to extinguish it.
No casualties were reported as the fire took place early morning. The fire completely destroyed the wax museum and the set for Bigg Boss (Kannada reality show). Police said around 3:30 am a fire broke out in the wax museum and the passersby immediately alerted the fire control room. By the time they reached the spot the fire had spread to the Big Boss house, situated next to wax museum. The police suspect that a short circuit may have triggered the blaze. An estimated loss of Rs 9 crore has been reported.
