Nellore: M Venkaiah Naidu to open hospital building

M. Venkaiah Naidu is all set to inaugurate the most modern general hospital built at an estimated cost of Rs 100 crore.

Nellore: Union minister M. Venkaiah Naidu is all set to inaugurate the most modern general hospital built at an estimated cost of Rs 100 crore in the premises of AC Subba Reddy Medical College in the city during his visit on March 31 and April 1. He is also going to fulfill a promise he made during his stint as rural development minister in 2002 over FM station for Nellore.

The minister will lay the foundation stone for the station and also launch Nellore tank beautification works among several other development programmes. According to BJP district unit president P. Surendra Reddy, the union minister would distribute aids and assistive devices to 1,000 odd disabled under a union government scheme at Swarna Bharat Trust. Mr Surendra Reddy said the Union minister would also inaugurate the renovated AC Subba Reddy indoor stadium.
