CRDA shuts its doors on bidders
The CRDA had conducted the pre-bidders' conference 10 days ago which was attended by seven companies.
Hyderabad: The CRDA has shut the doors on Indian bidders for the capital start-up area development, saying that there was no change in the condition that the development partner should have experience outside the country.
It also refused to extend the date for submission of bids. The CRDA had conducted the pre-bidders’ conference 10 days ago which was attended by seven companies.
The meeting was attended by L&T and ShapoorJi Pallonji which were awarded the construction of temporary secretariat at Velagapudi in the capital area besides Aditya Housing & Infrastructure Development, Ramky group, Alians Infra and China based GIIC and China First Metallurgical companies.
At the meeting, the companies raised many objections and queries reqegarding request for proposal based on the Swiss Challenge method.
