Not sad about expulsion, hurt by allegations against me: Ramgopal Yadav
Mulayam Singh Yadav is not just my elder brother but also my 'guru' in politics, currently is surrounded by evil powers, Ramgopal said.
Lucknow: Sacked Samajwadi Party general secretary Ramgopal Yadav on Sunday said that he was hurt by the allegations leveled against him.
Yadav said he did not feel sad about being expelled from the party for six years.
“It is not a crime to meet leaders from any other political party in a democracy,” Ramgopal said about Shivpal Yadav’s assertion that the former party general secretary had met BJP leaders and was a traitor.

“Whether I am in SP or not I will continue to extend my support to Akhilesh Yadav till he becomes CM,” Ramgopal said in a snub to Mulayam Singh, who sacked him, and Shivpal.
However, he claimed that the SP supremo was ‘surrounded by evil powers’. “Mulayam Singh Yadav is not just my elder brother but also my 'guru' in politics, currently is surrounded by evil powers,” said Ramgopal.
The feud within the Samajwadi Party escalated on Sunday after Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav once again sacked his uncle Shivpal Yadav from the Cabinet, along with 3 other ministers considered close to Shivpal. Shivpal then visited Mulayam Singh, following which the party chief retaliated by expelling the pro-Akhilesh Ramgopal Yadav for six years.
