Karnataka: Confusion over CBSE XII results

Thousands of CBSE class XII students of the city were confused over the examination results following the rumors that they will be announced on Wednesday. However, CBSE officials declined to confirm the result date, stating they are yet to take a final decision in this regard. According to the students, they were receiving forwarded messages on various social medial platforms that the results will be announced on Wednesday. “I got some 20 forwarded messages via SMSs and WhatsApp.
But no one is confirming when is the result date," said Chandan Kamath, a student from Malleswaram. Meanwhile according to CBSE Chennai regional office sources, they have no clue about the exact date of results. “Students will be updated about the results on cbseresults.nic.in. There is no need to panic,” said an officer.
