Man booked for harassing Anganwadi worker

Kurnool: A man was booked for misbehaving with an Anganwadi worker in Kapati village of Isvi mandal in Kurnool district on Sunday.

According to sub-inspector K. Srinivasulu, the victim approached the police on Saturday night with the help of villagers and complained with the police against one Boya Chandra for misbehaving with her.

She also explained her ordeal in the complaint that the victim had threatened her with dire consequences if she reveals the incident to anyone. After receiving a complaint from the Anganwadi worker, the police registered a case against the accused.
