2 JeM terrorists, acting as guide for militants, arrested in J&K's Uri
In a joint operation by the Army and Border Security Force, two PoK nationals were apprehended on September 21.
Uri: The security forces arrested two Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir nationals who had been working for Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terror outfit and acting as guides for militants infiltrating into India through the line of control in Jammu and Kashmir’s Uri sector.
In a joint operation by the Army and Border Security Force (BSF), two PoK nationals were apprehended on September 21.
During the investigation, the individuals have revealed their identities as Ahasan Kursheed, son of Mohd Kursheed of Khaliana Kalan and Faisal Hussain Awan, son of Gul Akbar of Pottha Jahangir, both in Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir.
The duo was recruited two years ago by the JeM and was guiding terrorists to infiltrate across the line of control.
The details provided by them are being examined and corroborated by the concerned agencies.
