Bike rider hits fallen tree at Hakimpet, dies

HYDERABAD: A 35-year-old man died due to civic negligence when his bike ran into an uprooted tree lying on the road at Hakimpet on Thursday midnight. S. Kovela Raju, resident of West Venkatapuram and a software engineer, was returning home on his bike. On the way, he was hit by a huge tree that was uprooted and lying on the road and suffered severe injuries. He died while being treated.
