KTR wants TRS leaders to unite, bury differences
He had previously held a series of meetings with local leaders.
Warangal: Following all-out dissidence from the majority of party workers over the announcement of former Station Ghanpur MLA T. Rajaiah as the candidate from the constituency for the upcoming polls, caretaker minister K.T. Rama Rao has taken up the responsibility of ensuring the peace among the party cadre and recording victory for the party.
He had previously held a series of meetings with local leaders. As part of that, he visited Station Ghanpur on Tuesday and held a meeting with key party leaders.
Speaking on the occasion, he instructed the party leaders and cadre to bury their differences and work unitedly to defeat the enemies of Telangana state.
“The Congress and the TD are responsible for Telangana remaining backward and for denying us water and power. Today we have our own state and our own rule. We have achieved astonishing results within just four years. We do not have to bow down to anyone. The TRS will once again form the government and work, bowing down to the people’s aspirations like it has been doing since the past four years,” he said.
KTR noted that leaders from all other parties had joined the TRS in Station Ghanpur and that is why some problems were arising due to differences in opinion. He appreciated the efforts of deputy CM Kadiam Srihari in bringing together the cadre in the constituency. “The TRS should register a massive victory here. Mr Rajaiah will become the MLA and KCR will become the CM once again,” he stated.
