AP to host women parliament
National Women Parliament programme is a prestigious programme being organised by the Speaker.
Vijayawada: APLA Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad will attend cabinet meeting to be held on January 25.
He will be there to invite all the cabinet members for the National women Parliament programme. The Speaker had taken prior permission from Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu to attend the Cabinet meeting.

The main reason behind this programme at Pavitra Sangamam is that it is hoped to enhance the image of brand Sun Rise Andhra Pradesh.
The mission statement of the convention says it would “establish a connection between women from diverse background like politics, social sector, education, sports, industry, media, cinema, arts and culture, judiciary and students by providing them a platform for deliberations, discussions, debates, mentoring and for evolving reciprocal and continuing engagements on all women-centric issues and challenges.”
