BJP moves Election Commission against Rahul Gandhi

Bhopal: The BJP on Wednesday moved the Election Commission demanding action against Congress president Rahul Gandhi for calling its national president Amit Shah a murder accused.

The party lodged a complaint with the chief electoral officer seeking action against Mr Gandhi saying his remarks violated model code of conduct.
