Tirupati: Sri Venkateswara University all set to conduct APICET-2019
The V-C said that the exam was scheduled to conduct at 98 centres in 24 cities and towns across AP and one centre in Hyderabad of Telangana.
Tirupati: Sri Venkateswara University (SVU) in Tirupati is all set to conduct the Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (APICET) - 2019 on Friday, said SVU vice-chancellor professor V.V.N. Rajendra Prasad.
Addressing media persons on Wednesday, the V-C said that the exam was scheduled to conduct at 98 centres in 24 cities and towns across AP and one centre in Hyderabad of Telangana.
“As many as 52,736 candidates were going to attempt the test, which will be conducted in two sessions from 10 am to 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm to 5 pm. The candidates will not be allowed if they come late even by one minute or more,” the V-C said.
The V-C further requested all the universities to reschedule any examination, scheduled to be conducted on Friday, so that it will enable the students to attend the exam without fail.
The APICET convener, Prof. M. Srinivasa Reddy said that the key will be released on the exam day and candidates were allowed to send their objections, within three days after the exam. The results will be out within 10 days from the day of the exam, he added.
