She justified chopping off of a man's genitals by a woman if he tries to rape her.

Visakhapatnam: Andhra Pradesh Women Commission chairperson Nannapaneni Rajakumari on Wesdnesday justified chopping off of a man’s genitals by a woman if he tries to rape her.

She even asked the girls to carry knives and be prepared to use them in self-defence, if attacked. She said this during her visit to KG Hospital in Vizag city to meet victims of a gangrape that took place near the Tajangi area under Chintapalle mandal in Vizag Agency on May 20 night.

Surprised with the woman’s act, the man made a statement at the police station that he himself had cut it, the TD leader added. Referring to the gangrape of two girls of primitive tribal group (PTG) in Vizag Agency,

Ms Rajakumari  said eight youngsters had beaten the girls’ relatives and then raped them. The TD government will make all possible efforts to get the accused punished severely and there is nothing to wrong to cut off the genitals of such rapists, she added.
