K Chandrasekhar Rao appoints in-charge vice-chancellors for 8 varsities

Hyderabad: Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Wednesday appointed in-charge vice-chancellors to eight universities of the state.

Mr Arvind Kumar, principal secretary of municipal administration, was appointed as in-charge V-C of Osmania University, Mr V. Anil Kumar, IAS, to Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University, Mr C. Parthasarathi IAS, to Dr B.R. Ambedkar Open University, Mr Jayesh Ranjan, IAS, to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, and Mr Dr B. Janardhan Reddy to Kakatiya University.

Mr Arvind Kumar and Mr V Anil Kumar have also been given additional charge of Mahatma Gandhi and Telangana University respectively as in-charge V-Cs. Mr Rahul Bojja was appointed as in-charge V-C of Palamuru University.
