Hyderabad: Furious at the apathy of state government is not preserving the natural rock formations from breaking or demolition in the limits of Hyderabad and its surroundings, and which are to be identified as heritage, the TS HC observed that the state authorities were fooling people with their whitewashing approach.

The division bench headed by Chief Justice Raghavendra Singh Chauhan was dealing with the PIL by the NGO, the Society to Save Rocks challenging the unresponsiveness of TS government in taking action against persons demolishing rock formations at Baba Fakhruddin Aulia Dargah.
