Thiruvananthapuram: The India meteorological department (IMD) says the intensity of the rainfall over the state has come down. The Met predicted light to moderate rainfall on Thursday in all districts and withdrew the yellow alert declared for Kannur and Kasargod on Thursday and Kasargod on Friday.
However, there is a yellow alert for Lakshadweep on Thursday. There would be no extremely heavy rains in the state in the coming days, it forecast. The torrential downpour has reduced its strength.
