Conference on Tribal policies

The conference will bring together academicians, administrators and activists working in the sector on one platform.

Hyderabad: The department of Anthropology in University of Hyderabad, in collaboration with the Centre for Innovations in Public Systems (CIPS) and Tribal Welfare Department (TWD) and Government of Andhra Pradesh (GoAP), will hold a national conference, Revisiting Tribal Policies, Research and Innovations from August 29 to 30 at University of Hyderabad campus. 

The conference will bring together academicians, administrators and activists working in the sector on one platform. Innovative measures initiated by administrators and activists will also be shared. 

The conference aims at a road map to carry out research, formulate policy and innovative implementation and ways to improve public services in tribal areas.
