Hyderabad High Court disposes of unemployed's plea

A division bench headed by Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganthan disposed of the plea of Mr. A. Praveen Kumar.

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad High Court on Tuesday disposed of a petition by an unemployed challenging the action of the police in not responding to the permission request for conducting a public meeting in the name of Koluvulakai Kotlata (fighting for jobs) on October 31 either in Saroornagar Indoor Stadium or in an open private space, between LB Nagar and Nagole Big Bazaar.

A division bench headed by Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganthan disposed of the plea of Mr. A. Praveen Kumar, stating that petitioner can approach the High Court in case his fundamental right to assemble under Article 19(1) (B) is affected.
