Andhra Pradesh: Former MP on Chalo Delhi' rail yatra

Visakhapatnam: Expressing that Separate Railway Zone for Andhra Pradesh with Vizag as headquarters is the Right to every citizen of the state, leaders of various political parties on Friday expressed their solidarity with senior political leader Konathala Ramakrishna, who is embarking on a ‘Chalo Delhi’ rail yatra from Vizag to New Delhi on Saturday. Konathala will lead the delegation, which will leave by the Vizag — New Delhi AP Express on Saturday morning. Ramakrishna would be on a fast throughout the journey.
Lok Satta Party (LSP) leader Beesetty Babji has also announced his decision to go on fast during the journey. We have approached all political parties, including the ruling TD and BJP and they have expressed their support on the new rail zone and other issues pertaining to North Andhra, he added.
