Prove charges and I will quit: Indrakaran Reddy

Nirmal: Minister for housing, justice, endowments departments Allolla Indrakaran Reddy termed TD leader Revanth Reddy as a notice in politics. The minister inaugurated several developmental works in Niramal constituency in Nirmal on Sunday.

Lashing out at Mr Revanth Reddy, the minister said that he could not learn a lesson even after being caught red-handed in the note-for-vote scam. He said that people knew how Reddy earned huge amount of money though he started his life as a painter.

The minister said that Mr Revanth Reddy does not have the right to criticise him as he was a betrayer of the cause of Telangana. “He supported the Samaikyandhra argument during the agitation,” Mr Indrakaran Reddy reminded. The minister said that he would resign from the Cabinet if the TD leader can prove that he had resorted to irregularities. “Else, I will send him to jail filing a defamation case.”

Mr Indrakaran Reddy said that housing works were going on at a brisk pace in his native village, Ellapalli. About 50 houses have been constructed till slab-level.
