BJP lawmakers bypass odd-even, reach Parliament riding horse, cycle
BJP MP Paresh Rawal had on Monday violated the odd-even rule.
New Delhi: Two days after BJP Paresh Rawal arrived to Parliament blatantly breaking Delhi’s Odd-even formula that is currently under implementation, other BJP lawmakers have found innovative ways to express their opposition to the scheme.
While BJP MP Ram Prasad Sharma came to the Parliament riding a horse, another party leader Manoj Tiwari on Wednesday turned up in a cycle, and advised other fellow parliamentarians to follow the same.

"I am following the odd-even rule. My car is even numbered, and since today is odd day I have come like this...I am not saying that this should become a tradition, but those who are interested can come like this," Tiwari told media.
"I have come like this as I was left with no other option. I use cycle sometimes, and other Parliamentarians should use it too," he added.
