Bengaluru: Three arrested for friend's murder

Bengaluru: The South Division police nabbed three murder accused on Thursday, who went absconding after stabbing one of their friends in Kaveri Nagar in Banashankari 2nd stage on May 22.

The arrested were identified as Wasim, 38, Mubarak, 26, and Imran, 26 all residents of Kaveri Nagar. According to the police, on May 22, the victim, Akram Khan, 53, was walking down the Anand Timbers Road when he noticed the trio in the area. Akram approached Imran and demanded that he return his money that the latter owed him.

Imran took offence and a heated argument ensued. Later that night, the three accused went to Akram’s house, picked up a quarrel with him, dragged him out.
