K Chandrasekhar Rao to get cataract operation on June 29
Mr Rao has been advised by doctors at a private eye hospital to take medicines and eye drops before undergoing surgery.

Hyderabad: Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao who has been camping in Delhi since June 17 will undergo cataract surgery on his right eye on June 29. According to family sources, Mr Rao has been advised by doctors at a private eye hospital to take medicines and eye drops before undergoing surgery.
Though reports from Delhi said Mr Rao had already undergone the surgery on Monday, family source said that was not the case. In case he will be operated on Thursday, it may not possible for him to attend the Friday midnight launch of the Goods and Services Tax at Parliament Central Hall as scheduled by the Centre government on the midnight of June 30-July 1.
