Army truck runs over scooterist at Langar Houz

Hyderabad: A 36-year-old person was killed when an Army truck hit his two-wheeler at Langar Houz on Friday. Police said the victim, Syed Mahmood, who used to work at an eatery in Mehdipatnam, was riding home on his scooter when the accident occurred near the Military Hospital. Langar Houz sub-inspector L. Venkateshwarlu said the driver, said to belong to 10 Dogra Regiment, was taken into custody for questioning.
