ACB court adjourns hearing on Naidu's bail plea, CID's custody petition to today

Vijayawada: The ACB court adjourned hearing on two petitions with one filed by TD president N. Chandrababu Naidu for bail while another filed by the AP-CID seeking his custody for further probe into the AP skill development scam, to Wednesday.

Though the counsels from both the parties wanted their petitions to be heard here on Tuesday itself, the in-charge judge suggested them to make their arguments before the regular judge on Wednesday and accordingly, the in-charge judge adjourned hearing on both the pleas to Wednesday.
