CM Naidu tells officials to adopt VIADUCT for better results

He said once the officials adopted the new system, it was easy to achieve 90 per cent satisfaction of the people.

Vijayawada: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu advised officials to adopt the VIADUCT approach to achieve the highest satisfaction level for government services.

He said officials should adopt Vision, Innovation, Accountability, Digitalisation, Uberisation, Convergence and Technology transformation (VIADUCT) for better results. He said once the officials adopted the new system, it was easy to achieve 90 per cent satisfaction of the people.

Addressing the secretaries and heads of departments while reviewing the progress of various departments at the secretariat here on Monday, the CM said officials should use technology to increase satisfaction levels of people with government schemes. He said e-Pragati should achieve cent per cent results with penetration of technology.

Citing the achievements of the tourism department, the CM said that AP topped in tourism development. He said the tourism department organised three international events in a month with low expenditure and achieved international recognition for Amaravati. He said the state had organised a social media awards programme, a Formula I boat race and air show recently. 

Earlier, Chief Secretary Anil Chandra Puneta, explained the progress of various departments. Later the CM reviewed the performance of all departments and directed the officials to adopt the mission approach to increase the satisfaction level of the people.
