New Delhi: The CBI has moved the special CBI court in Hyderabad seeking cancellation of bail of YSR Congress chief Jaganmohan Reddy in a corruption case.
CBI sources said Reddy was allegedly trying to influence a witness in the corruption case against him.
It was alleged in the case registered in 2011 that Reddy had influenced his father, the then Chief Minister, to favour some private companies, the sources said.
Reddy was given bail in 2013 with a warning from the court to not tamper with evidence or influence witnesses.
The agency has moved the trial court on Friday with bail cancellation plea.
