Two Kaleshwaram workers hit, die
The lorry driver did not see the two labourers who were engaged in the tunnel work.

Two migrant labourers engaged in the Kaleshwaram project were killed when a lorry mowed them down in the late hours on Tuesday at the outskirts of the Ragudu village of Sircilla mandal.
The deceased were identified as Sukendar Singh from Madhya Pradesh and Chandan Roy from West Bengal. Both were contractual workers.
The incident took place when the lorry driver did not see the two labourers who were engaged in the tunnel work of Kaleshwaram project.
Both of them had slept in the tunnel after completing their work. The duo died on the spot. Police have registered a case and sent the bodies for postmortem to the Government Hospital.
