Heavy rainfall in Hyderabad
Monday's rain brought down the maximum temperature to 32 degrees.
Hyderabad: The city received heavy rainfall on Monday evening. The IMD measured the rain at 5.6 mm up to 8.30 pm. The rain is the result of a low pressure area over the Bay of Bengal. Heavy rain is expected on Tuesday too.
The areas between Panjagutta and Secunderabad, Sanathnagar, Mehdipatnam and Toli Chowki received heavy rainfall continuously after 8.30 pm.
Following the low pressure area over the Bay of Bengal, the IMD has warned of heavy to very heavy rainfall till June 29 for all districts of Telangana.
While Hyderabad experienced good rainfall on Saturday night which continued till dawn, the city did not get any rain on Sunday.
