Telangana State to shiver for two more days

Hyderabad: The cloudy conditions in the city are going to prevail for the next two days, accompanied by fog in the morning hours.

There has been a drop of around seven degrees celsius in the daytime temperatures as the maximum temperature was recorded around 22.7 degree Celsius, as against the normal temperature, 30 degrees Celsius.  

On the other hand, the unseasonal rainy conditions in the city have subsided on Monday.

The minimum temperature is also slightly below normal in the city which stood at 17.1 degree Celsius.

Cold northeastern winds prevailing over the state have worsened the cold weather. Light to moderate rain was recorded in the isolated parts of the state in Nalgonda, Suryapet, Khammam, Wanaparthy and others. In the city, very light rain was witnessed at Rajendranagar, Charminar, Asif Nagar, Qutubullapur and others.

The minimum temperatures were at a record low in some isolated parts of the state. It was recorded 10.9 degree Celsius at  Neradigonda and 11.2  degree Celsius at Jainad. The maximum temperature was recorded at 33.7 degrees in Khammam, and the average maximum temperature was 27 degree Celsius in the state, according to Telangana State Development Planning Society.
