Telangana to be fully literate: Energy minister

Hyderabad: Energy minister Jagadishwar Reddy on Sunday claimed that Telangana would soon achieve the target of 100 per cent literacy in the state. Speaking to mediapersons, the minister said Telangana state would soon join Kerala in the list of 100 per cent literate states.
