Hyderabad: Water stagnated at 122 points and two trees fell under GHMC limits following Monday’s rain.

Under GHMC limits, digging of 772 km of road had been permitted, and though the deadline for restoring the same was May 30, HMWS&SB and Transco are still to restore 26 km of roads.

Restoration works are pending at Ushamullapudi, Sri Nagar Colony and Minister Road.

In view of the monsoon, road cutting was banned from May 15 and instructions were issued to executive engineers and agencies to finish the work by May 30.

The GHMC meanwhile has communicated its rates for road cutting and restoration charges for laying optical fibre cables.
