TRS MLA A Jeevan Reddy tests positive for COVID-19, in home quarantine now

The MLA from Armoor Assembly constituency had undergone tests after he noticed mild symptoms of COVID-19.

NIZAMABAD: TRS MLA A Jeevan Reddy tested positive for coronavirus on Tuesday. He is the third MLA from Nizamabad district to get infected with coronavirus.

The MLA from Armoor Assembly constituency  had undergone tests after he noticed mild symptoms of COVID-19. After testing positive for the virus, doctors  advised him home quarantine.

In June, TRS Nizamabad rural and Nizamabad urban MLAs Bajireddy Govardhan and Bigala Ganesh Gupta had tested positive for coronavirus.

After treatment at a corporate hospital, Bajireddy Govardhan and his wife were discharged, while Gupta has been under home isolation since then.

Of the five TRS MLAs in Nizamabad district, three have tested positive for the deadly virus despite taking utmost precautions during their public interactions.
