New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Bhagwant Mann on Tuesday was found guilty by a nine-member Lok Sabha Committee for the Parliament security breach video.

The Committee will submit its report to Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan on Wednesday.

The committee - constituted by Mahajan and led by BJP MP Kirit Somaiya - was assigned to probe Mann's conduct and his act of live streaming his journey to, and inside Parliament, and also to inquire into the serious security implications and suggest suitable remedial measures to avoid a recurrence of such incidents.

The committee constituted Meenakshi Lekhi and Satyapal Singh (both BJP), Anandrao Adsul (Shiv Sena), Bhartruhari Mahtab (BJD), Ratna De (Trinamool Congress), Thota Narasimham (Telugu Desam), K C Venugopal (Congress) and P Venugopal (AIADMK).

The AAP MP had recorded a video of the Parliament premises and uploaded it on social media, which was being seen as security breach. Cutting across party lines, Lok Sabha members demanded strict action against Mann.
