Bihar MLA arrives at state Assembly in shorts, held

Bihari said that the construction of roads for his constituency was approved in 2014 but no work has started.

Patna: BJP legislator Vinay Bihari was denied entry into the state Assembly on Monday after he arrived in vest and shorts.

After being marshaled out BJP MLA from Lauria constituency in West Champaran sat on dharna outside Assembly gate demanding the state government to begin construction of roads in his constituency.  He said, “I have done this to remind the state government of their failure in constructing roads in my constituency.” Mr Bihari said that the construction of roads for his constituency was approved in 2014 but no work has started.
